Submit a Primary Failed Part (PP) line claim using the claims coding shown.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

Remove the front door panel, as described/shown in the Service Manual Section EI.

2.

Remove the front glass assembly, as described/shown in the Service Manual Section GW. (Figure 1)

3.

Remove the glass run rubber assembly from the door (Figure 1).

Replace it with the glass run rubber assembly from the Parts Information section of this bulletin.

Make sure the glass run rubber assembly is installed correctly into the metal channels.

4.

Re-install the door glass assembly.
