Take the tie-wrap mount loose (see Figure 3).

Measure 5 mm from the tie-wrap (see Figure 3).
4.
Carefully cut the tape off of the harness as shown in Figure 3.

Use scissors with a blunt end. Don't damage the wires inside the harness.
