Remove the left and right front side marker lights and inspect the wire in the area shown in Figure 1.

If chafing or damage is found, repair as needed.

If no chafing or damage is found, this bulletin does not apply. Use the Service Manual (ESM) for further diagnoses and repair.

2.

Move the VT Protector (protective tube) on both marker lights (left and right side) to cover the repaired area; tape it in place as shown in Figure 2.

NOTE:

Move the protective tube as shown in Figure 2 for both sides, even if no damage is found on one of the sides.
