Press "END" to return to the main menu.

Enter the vehicle and turn the ignition switch "OFF" and CONSULT-II off.

Disconnect CONSULT-II from the vehicle.

Wait more than 10 seconds, then turn the ignition switch "ON" for 1 second. Then, turn the ignition switch "OFF" again for 10 seconds.

Repeat step 39 for a total of three times (see Figure 23). This will reset ECM "self learned" values.

Step 4: Perform ECM Reprogram Confirmation.

Start the engine and confirm it is operating normally.

Process is complete

Attachment B - ASIST PC & CONSULT-II Ethernet(IP)Address

NOTE:

This general procedure is for PCs running Microsoft(R) Windows 95 and Windows 98. For PCs running different "operating systems" (OS), some of
these steps may look different. 

NOTE:

An Ethernet Network card must be installed in your ASIST PC in order to do this procedure.

Set the Ethernet (IP) Address of the NISSAN ASIST PC and CONSULT-II as follows:

On the ASIST PC, click "Start", "Settings", "Control Panel", and then select "Network".
