Water Pump: Service and Repair
1.
Drain cooling system and remove heater and lower hoses from pump.
2.
Loosen pulley belts and remove fan and pulley. On air conditioned cars, remove clutch fan assembly and pulley.
3.
Remove pump from front cover.
