10. Grasp trim panel by hand and gently pull outward to release fasteners (9) from retainers (10).
11. Door trim panel (1) by lifting at bottom of panel to disengage hooks (11) from slots on inner door panel.
12. Seat belts from trim panel.
Install or Connect
1. Door trim panel (1) by routing seat belts and door lock harness through trim panel.

Align hooks (11) to slots at top of inner door panel and engage to secure.

Align fasteners (9) to retainers (10) and apply pressure in area of retainers to seat fully.
2. Manual window regulator handle if applicable.
3. Power door lock escutcheon if applicable.
4. Power window escutcheon.
5. Escutcheon (5) and screw (7).
6. Outside mirror escutcheon.
7. Escutcheon (6).
8. Screw (4).
9. Reflector (3).
10. Screw (2).
Door Water Deflector
Water Deflector
A waterproof, clear plastic deflector is used to seal the door inner panel and prevent entry of water. The deflector is secured to the inner panel with
waterproof adhesive. This allows the deflector to be peeled back as needed to service door components.
Important

Waterproof tape must be used to reseal the deflector if it becomes loose, if the holes in the deflector do not line up with the door inner panel,
or if the deflector is damaged.
Remove or Disconnect
1. Door trim panel.
2. Any components installed over deflector.
3. Water deflector (1) by peeling deflector off door inner panel.
Install or Connect
1. Water deflector to door inner panel, making sure that tabs (2) on bottom of the deflector are in slots in the bottom of the door inner panel and that
original fastener holes in deflector are located in original position.
2. All components removed in step 2 of removal procedure.
3. Door trim panel.
