Driver Seat Recliner Actuator Cable and Passenger Seat Recliner Actuator Cable Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bucket seat.
2. Pull back the front seat cushion cover and cushion in order to access the seat back recliner cable. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement.
3. Remove the bolt from the seat back recliner cable bracket.
4. Disconnect the cable from the front seat recliner mechanisms, by rotating the cable downward approximately 90 degrees.

5. Remove the seat back recliner cable from the front seat frame.
6. Remove the seat back recliner cable from the front seat.

Installation Procedure

1. Position the seat back recliner cable to the front seat frame.
2. Connect the cable to the front seat recliner mechanisms, by rotating the cable downward approximately 90 degrees.
3. Install the seat back recliner cable to the front seat frame.
