Alero L4-144 2.4L DOHC VIN T SFI (2000)
1. Fabricate a new brake pipe. Refer to ISO Flares Replacement.
2. Install the brake pipes (2) to the vehicle.
3. Loosely install the brake pipe nut to the master cylinder (1).
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
4. Loosely install the brake pipe nut to the brake modulator assembly (2).

Tighten the brake pipe nuts to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the underhood junction block.
6. Install the battery tray.
7. Install the air cleaner assembly.
8. Bleed the brake system. Prefer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding
