Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose: Service and Repair
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT: Do not separate the intake duct and the resonator duct joint connection. The joint is made when the intake ducts hot and shrinks over
the resonator duct.
1. Remove the left headlamp assembly.
2. Remove the screw (2) from the air cleaner intake duct.
CAUTION: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution in Service Precautions.
3. Raise the vehicle.
4. Remove the left front wheel.
5. Remove the left front wheelhouse panels.
6. Remove the 3 attaching fasteners (1) from the resonator.
