7. Install a NEW O-ring seal on the accumulator end of the evaporator hose assembly.
Coat the O-ring seal with 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
8. Install the evaporator hose to the accumulator.
Tighten
Using a backup wrench on the accumulator tighten the fitting nut to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
9. Install the right wheelhouse splash shield.
10. Lower the vehicle.
11. Recharge the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging. See: Refrigerant/Service and Repair
12. Inspect the system operation.
13. Perform the leak test. Refer to Leak Testing.
