Evaporative Emissions Hose: Service and Repair
EVAP System Hoses/Pipes Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
CAUTION: Refer to Fuel and EVAP Pipe Installation Caution in Service Precautions.
NOTE: Refer to EVAP Pipes and Hoses Notice in Service Precautions.
1. Remove the retaining hardware and the clamps as necessary.
2. Note the location of the hardware and the clamps.
3. Inspect the hoses and vapor lines for cuts, kinks, and distortion.
4. Remove the pipe or hose.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT: Follow the same routing as the original pipe or hose.
1. Install the vapor line or hose.
2. Install the retaining hardware and the clamps.
