2. Install all retaining rings.
3. Install the wiring harness to the steering column wiring harness.
4. Install the upper and lower steering column trim covers.
5. Install the steering wheel.
6. Install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module.
7. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System.
