Condition
Some customers who are experiencing physical challenges with the usage of their right hand may comment that the automatic transmission shift lever
handle is difficult to operate.
Correction
Replace the shift lever handle with a different design handle that does not require the use of the thumb. Before installing, inform the customer that this
different design handle requires the use of the palm and fingers. In addition, please advise them that this handle is only available in leather and that a
non-leather design is not offered.
