Sunroof / Moonroof Drain: Service and Repair

Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Lower the headliner in order to access the drain hose connections. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (with Sunroof)   (See: Interior

Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (with Sunroof))Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (without
Sunroof)   (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (without Sunroof)) in Interior Trim.

2. Cut the tie wraps from the drain hoses.
3. Remove the drain hoses from the sunroof module.
4. Remove the interior moldings in order to access the drain hose retaining clips. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement   (See:

Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement) and Quarter Upper Trim Panel

5. Remove the tape from the drain hoses.
6. Remove the front drain hoses from the retaining clips.

7. Remove the rear upper drain hoses from the retaining clips.
