Valve Cover: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove intake manifold sight shield. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement See: Service and Repair
3. Partially drain cooling system, then remove upper radiator hose.
4. Disconnect lefthand side spark plug wires from plugs.
5. Remove upper core support brace.
6. Remove PCV fresh air tube from valve cover.
7. Remove air intake hose and EGR outlet pipe.
