Aurora V8-4.0L VIN C (1996)
2. Loosen the stabilizer bracket assembly fore/aft and glass tilt adjustments.
3. Loosen the Secondary glass tilt adjustment.
4. Adjust the primary front glass tilt adjustment in/out as required, which in turn moves the top of the glass out/in. Tighten nut.
5. Run the glass up and down, ensuring all other adjustments are not restraining the module from movement.
6. Run the glass to full down, ensuring the rear guide channel is free to move.
7. Tighten the secondary glass tilt adjuster.
8. Sitting inside the vehicle, close the door and then run the glass up slowly, watching the glass run up to and over the "B" Pillar seal. This check
ensures the seal will not be damaged.
IMPORTANT: If the glass starts to scissor/cut/dive inside of the seal, DO NOT raise the glass further! If this condition exists, the glass has been
tilted too far inboard.
9. Readjust, reference steps 4 - 7; if the glass cannot be tilted inboard enough to correct the glass location at full up, the seal retainer must be moved
outboard.
10. Tighten the stabilizer bracket assembly adjustments, ensuring that the glass guidance module is not moved during the tightening process.
11. Re-tighten all adjustments.
