Exploded View Of Evaporator Core Legend. Part 2 Of 2.
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Drain cooling system.
3.
Raise and support vehicle.
4.
Disconnect heater hoses from heater core assembly.
5.
Remove drain tube.
6.
Lower vehicle.
7.
Remove instrument panel sound insulator.
8.
Remove heater duct and hose assembly and position aside.
9.
Remove 2 heater core cover attaching screws, then the covers.
10.
Remove heater core from vehicle.
11.
Reverse procedure to install.
