Assembly

Wheel Cylinder Assembly

-

Clean all parts in clean denatured alcohol and dry with compressed air.

Ensure hands are clean before proceeding with assembly. Lubricate cylinder wall and new seals with clean brake fluid.

Install bleeder valve and torque to 7 Nm (65 in. lb.).

-

Install spring assembly, seals, pistons, and boots.
