Master Cylinder Bleeding
Service of the Bleeder Screws
SERVICE OF THE MASTER CYLINDER BLEEDER SCREWS

Depressurize Powermaster III.
2.
Remove bleeder valves (4), Fig. 75. Clean valves in denatured alcohol, then dry with compressed air. Do not use lubricated compressed air.
3.
Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Torque bleeder valve to 40-90 inch lbs.
b. Bleed Powermaster III.
Manual Bleeding
1.
Turn ignition switch to the Off position, then depressurize Powermaster III unit.
