PARTS INFORMATION

To initiate the campaign, it is anticipated that GMSPO will preship to each dealer a package of five brake stoplamp switches. These parts will be billed
to the dealer's parts account.

To ensure that additional parts your dealership may require are obtained as soon as possible, order them from GM Service Parts Operations (GMSPO)
on a C.I.O. order, with NO special instruction code, but order on an advise code (2). Use the following part number:

VIDEO TRAINING TAPE

Each dealership will be sent one video training tape at no charge. Fleet warranty stations intending to perform the campaign may obtain this tape by
calling Mr. Hank Bolsen at (313) 525-8200 before December 14, 1990.

Owner Reimbursement

Customers may request reimbursement for prior replacement of the Stoplamp Switch for the condition described in this Product Campaign Bulletin.
Owners must submit original documentation that reasonably confirms the amount of unreimbursed repair expenses, a description of the repair, the date of
the repair, and the person or entity who performed the repair to receive reimbursement.

Claims for customer reimbursement on previously paid repairs are to be submitted according to the Warranty Claim Information instructions. Use the
"Owner Reimbursement" labor operation and list all owner expenses concerning previous repairs in the net items column of the warranty claim.

NOTE:

When a customer requests reimbursement, and the vehicle is still available, dealers are to examine the documentation presented to determine if
Switch P/N 10180504 was used in the repair (if Switch P/N 10180504 was installed, submit for V6372). If the part number used in the repair
was other than P/N 10180504, or is unknown, then the campaign must be performed on the vehicle (V6370). The part number can NOT be
determined by inspecting the switch on the vehicle. Submit V6372 ONLY if the customer's documentation confirms that Switch P/N 10180504
was installed.

Warranty Claim Information

Only one "V-op" is to be submitted for each involved vehicle. The "T-op" may be submitted, if applicable, in addition to one V-op.
