Suspension Spring ( Coil / Leaf ): Service and Repair
Rear Coil Spring

EXC. TORONADO

1.

Position a suitable jack under rear axle housing and raise rear of vehicle, then support frame side rails with support stands. Do not lower jack.

2.

Disconnect brake line at axle housing.

3.

Disconnect upper control arms at axle housing.

4.

Disconnect shock absorber at lower mounting, then carefully lower rear axle assembly. Use care not to stretch or kink brake hoses.

5.

Remove coil spring from vehicle.
