CONDITION
General Motors has determined that some 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme models equipped with Electronic Comfort Control air conditioning may
have been built with Control Assemblies which fail to conform to the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 103, "Windshield
Defrosting and Defogging". The display on the electronic air conditioning control may not function when starting a vehicle which has been parked, with
the ignition off, for a few hours. If this occurs at the same time that windshield defrosting is desired, the fan may not function. Turning the ignition off
and on (one or more times) may restore the display and provide correct windshield defrosting control.

forward.
Whenever a vehicle subject to this campaign is taken into your new or used vehicle inventory or it is in your dealership for service, dealers are to ensure
