Connect the fuel tank vent hose to the sender unit.

Raise the tank enough to connect the fuel sender harness retaining clips.
7.
Raise the tank and install the fuel tank retaining strap bolts, and tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb.ft).
8.
Connect the fuel tank sender unit electrical connector (located next to the fuel filler pipe).
9.
Install the exhaust pipe heat shield and bolt into place.
10.
Raise the exhaust pipe and connect the rubber exhaust pipe hangers.
11.
Connect the vapor purge hose to the connection in front of the tank.
12.
Connect the fuel return pipe to the braided hose.
13.
Connect the fuel feed pipe to the fuel filter inlet.
14.
Connect the fuel filler hose and vent hose assembly to the tank.
15.
Fill the fuel tank and check for leaks.
