Vacuum Harness HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. RH and LH lower Instrument Panel (I/P) sound insulator panels.
2. Steering column filler panel.
3. Vacuum connectors at vacuum solenoid module and source (mid-connection).
4. Vacuum hoses at actuator assemblies.
5. Harness routing clips and remove harness from vehicle.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Position harness in vehicle and install routing clips.
2. Vacuum hoses to actuator assemblies.
3. Vacuum connectors at vacuum solenoid module and source (mid-connection).
4. Steering column filler panel.
5. RH and LH lower I/P sound insulator panels.
6. Check automatic heater / AC operation.
