Control Arm: Service and Repair

    Replace control arms one at a time to prevent axle assembly misalignment, making installation difficult.

UPPER CONTROL ARMS

1.

Support vehicle at frame and rear axle.

2.

Remove control arm front and rear mount bolts.

3.

Remove bushings as necessary, Figs. 2 and 3.
