PROCEDURE

Whether repairing or exchanging the radio, dealers should never refer the owner to the AC-Delco Authorized Service Center, but should handle the
transaction for the owner as follows:

Remove the unit requiring repair from the car, complete all red shaded areas of the Warranty Repair Claim (ACD 1078 A) (Fig. 1) for AC-Delco
Items and send the unit and all five (5) copies of the completed form to the authorized AC-Delco Exchange Center or Service Center in your area.
