9. Screw (23) retaining switch plate to armrest on rear doors and right front door on 3CX69 and 3CW69 styles and 4CX69 styles.

10. Screw (19) holding trim panel to inner panel at lower courtesy lamp on 6CD47-69 and 6CH23-33 styles.
11. Lower courtesy lamp.
12. Screw (17) holding trim panel to inner panel at rear courtesy lamp.
13. Rear courtesy lamp to armrest.
14. Inside remote handle cover plate.
15. Screw (14) retaining inside remote handle cover plate.
16. Screws (13) at door pull handle.
17. Screw (12) at top front corner of trim panel on all styles except 6CD47-69 and 6CH23-33 styles.
18. Outside mirror cover plate on all styles except 6CD47-69 and 6CH23-33 styles.
