Prior to order submission, an enrollment form signed by Dealer Principal must be returned to Oldsmobile (See Attachment "C").
Upon Oldsmobile's receipt of the enrollment form, Oldsmobile will notify GMSPO that the retailer is authorized to order the Guidestar System.
