At this time, the Tech One performs several tests to re-verify system operation. The Tech One does not verify bleed success. If any
malfunctions are detected, relieve bleed pressure and disconnect bleed equipment, following manufacturers instructions. If DTCs are present,
the Tech One will display them. DTCs can be cleared in the "F2: Trouble Codes" mode. Select "EXIT" to return to Tech One main menu.
Refer to Testing and Inspection for DTCs found. if test is aborted but no DTCs are listed, go to the "System Functional Check". Correct all
system malfunctions before attempting to repeat the bleed procedure.
30. If screen displays "BLEED PROCEDURE COMPLETE," select "UP" button.
31. Release bleed pressure, following bleed equipment manufacturers instructions. Select "UP" button.
32. Disconnect bleed equipment. Clean up any spilled brake fluid by wiping up as much as possible, then flushing area with water. Do not allow any
water to enter master cylinder reservoir. Select "EXIT".
33. Depress brake pedal. It should be high and firm. If not, re-inspect brake system thoroughly for any conditions which could cause excess brake
pedal travel. If brake system is OK, and excess pedal travel persists, repeat Auto Bleed Procedure.
Wheel Bleeding Sequence
Rear wheel drive models: if manual bleeding, RR-LR-RF-LF; if pressure bleeding, bleed front brakes together and rear brakes together.
Front wheel drive models: RR-LF-LR-RF
