Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1.  Negative battery cable
2.  Serpentine belt
3.  Raise vehicle 
4.  Tensioner bolts.
5.  Tensioner

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1.  Tensioner
2.  Tensioner bolt, torque to 54 Nm (40 ft. lb.)
3.  Lower vehicle
4.  Serpentine belt
5.  Negative battery cable
