Cold Start Injector: Service and Repair

Fig. 340 Typical cold start valve

1.

Remove negative ground cable.

2.

Remove alternator.

3.

Remove plenum and IAC tube.

4.

Remove electrical connector from valve.

5.

Remove valve attaching bolt, then valve, Fig. 340.

6.

Replace O-rings.

7.

Reverse procedure to install.
