Latch Replacement: Rear Compartment Lid - Installation Procedure

1. Install lock cylinder release actuator to the rear compartment lid.
2. Install the rear compartment lock cylinder release actuator nut.

Tighten
Tighten the rear compartment lock cylinder release actuator nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Install the push-in retainers to the latch.
4. Connect the electrical connector to the lock cylinder release actuator.
5. Install the lock cylinder actuator cable to the lock cylinder.
6. Close the rear compartment.
