REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Power Sunroof Motor Replacement: Removal Procedure

1. Remove the headliner.
2. Remove the tie straps from the wiring harness.

IMPORTANT:  Position the system in the fully closed position before the sunroof motor is removed. Do not move the sunroof mechanism while
the motor is not in place.

3. Remove the sunroof motor screws.
4. Disconnect the sunroof motor electrical connector.
5. Remove the motor from the sunroof.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Power Sunroof Motor Replacement: Installation Procedure

1. Install the motor to the sunroof.
2. Connect the sunroof motor electrical connector.
3. Install the sunroof motor screws.

Tighten
Tighten the sunroof motor screws to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

4. Install the tie straps to the wiring harness.
5. Install the headliner.
