ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE 

1. Lubricate the seals (9) with clean brake fluid.
2. Install the lubricated seals (9) and the spring retainer (12) onto the secondary piston (10).  
3. Install the spring (13) and the secondary piston (10) into the cylinder bore. Lubricate the parts with clean brake fluid in order to ease assembly.
4. Install the lubricated primary piston (8) into the cylinder bore.
5. While depressing the primary piston (8), install the retainer (7).
6. Install the proportioning valves. Refer to Proportioning Valve Replacement.
7. Install the fluid level sensor. Refer to Master Cylinder Fluid Level Sensor Replacement.
8. Insert the diaphragm (3) into the reservoir cap (1).
9. Install the cap (1) on the reservoir (4).

10. Install the ABS Hydraulic Modulator/master cylinder Assembly. Refer to "Brake Modulator/Master Cylinder Assembly Replacement" in Antilock
