3. Install the pipe adapter mounting bolt.

Tighten
Tighten the pipe adapter mounting bolt to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

4. Install the heater outlet hose from the pipe adapter.
5. Use J 38185 in order to secure the heater core hose clamp.
6. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement See: Engine/Service and Repair.
7. Refill the cooling system. 
8. Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
