High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement - With Spoiler

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement: With Spoiler - Removal Procedure

1. Remove the screws retaining the high-mounted stoplamp to the rear end spoiler.
2. Remove the high-mounted stoplamp from the spoiler.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the high-mounted stoplamp assembly.

4. Remove the screws retaining the bulb socket bar to the stoplamp housing, if replacing any bulbs.
5. Remove the bulb socket bar from the lamp housing, if replacing any bulbs.
6. Remove the bulb(s) from the socket(s) if replacing any bulbs.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement: With Spoiler - Installation Procedure

1. Install the bulb(s) to the bulb socket(s), if removed.
2. Install the bulb socket bar to the high-mounted stoplamp housing, if removed.
3. Install the bulb socket bar to stoplamp housing retaining screws, if removed.

Tighten
Tighten the high-mounted stoplamp bulb socket bar to high-mounted stoplamp housing retaining screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement: With Spoiler - Installation Procedure

4. Connect the electrical connector to the high-mounted stoplamp assembly.
5. Carefully install the high-mounted stoplamp to the rear end spoiler.
6. Install the high-mounted stoplamp to rear end spoiler retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten the high-mounted stoplamp to rear end spoiler retaining screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
