15. Remove the PS cooler pipe retainer bolt.
16. Remove the PS cooler pipe retainer.
17. Remove the PS cooler pipe from the retainer on the frame.
18. Remove the PS cooler pipe.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the PS cooler pipe.
2. Install the PS cooler pipe to the retainers on the frame.
3. Install the PS cooler pipe retainer.
4. Install the PS cooler pipe retainer bolt. 

Tighten
Tighten the PS cooler pipe retainer bolt to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).

5. Install the PS cooler pipe to the steering gear.

Tighten
Tighten the power steering gear cooler pipe fitting to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).

6. Install the power steering gear hose clip.
7. Install the power steering gear heat shield. Refer to POWER STEERING GEAR HEAT SHIELD REPLACEMENT.
8. Install the return hose to the PS cooler pipe.
9. Use the utility stand in order to raise the frame rear.

10. Install the NEW frame rear bolts. Refer to FRAME REPLACEMENT in FRAME AND UNDERBODY.
11. Install the intermediate shaft to the steering gear.
12. Install the intermediate shaft lower coupling bolt. Refer to INTERMEDIATE STEERING SHAFT REPLACEMENT in STEERING WHEEL

AND COLUMN-TILT.

13. Lower the vehicle.
14. Install the engine mount struts at the engine. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT STRUT REPLACEMENT (LEFT) AND ENGINE MOUNT STRUT

REPLACEMENT (RIGHT) in ENGINE MECHANICAL.

15. Fill the power steering fluid reservoir. Refer to CHECKING AND ADDING POWER STEERING FLUID.
16. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to BLEEDING POWER STEERING SYSTEM.
17. Inspect the system for leaks. Refer to POWER STEERING GEAR AND PUMP LEAKS.
