LSS V6-3.8L VIN K (1997)
ASSEMBLE
1. Bleeder valve. Tighten Bleeder valve to 13 Nm (110 inch lbs.).
2. Bleeder valve can.
3. Lubricated new piston seal into caliper bore groove. Make sure seal is not twisted.
4. Lubricated boot onto piston.
5. Piston and boot into bore of caliper; push piston to bottom of bore.
Installing And Seating Boot
6. Using J 26267, seat boot in the caliper housing.
7. Bushings.
a. Lubricate beveled end of bushing with silicone grease.
b. Pinch bushing and install beveled end first.
c. Push bushing through housing mounting bore.
8. Caliper onto vehicle.
