Brake Fluid Level Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection
Check fluid level sensor switch using Tool J 39200 Digital Voltmeter (DVM). Connect the two probes from the meter to the probes on the sensor switch.
If the fluid level sensor switch is functioning properly, the meter should show an open circuit when the reservoir fluid level is full and a closed circuit
when the reservoir fluid level is low. If any other conditions exist, replace the fluid level sensor switch as a complete master cylinder reservoir assembly.
