Supplemental Restraint Systems (SIR)
CAUTION:

This vehicle is equipped with Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR). Refer to Service Precautions / Air Bags (Supplemental Restraint
Systems) before performing service on or around SIR components or wiring. Failure to follow CAUTIONS could result in possible air
bag deployment, personal injury, or otherwise unneeded SIR system repairs.
Adding Coolant

When adding coolant, it is important that you use GM Goodwrench DEX-COOL (orange-colored, silicant-free) coolant meeting GM Specification
6277M. If Silicate coolant is added to the system, premature engine, heater core or radiator corrosion may result. In addition, the engine coolant
will require change sooner - at 50,000 km (30,000 miles) or 24 months.
Exposed Electrical Terminals
CAUTION: When removing or Installing any electrical unit or when a tool or equipment could easily come In contact with a "LIVE" exposed
electrical terminal, disconnect the negative battery cable to help prevent personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or components. Unless
otherwise instructed, the Ignition switch must be In the "OFF" or "LOCK" position.
