Programmer Assembly
-Disable SIR system. See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dash Board / Instrument Panel/Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming
1. I/P Compartment insert by pulling rearward.
2. Temperature valve link rod from plastic retainer on temperature valve.
3. Electrical connector.
4. Passenger air mix valve actuator screws and actuator.
-Adjust passenger temperature valve link rod after installation, refer to "Passenger Temperature Valve Link Adjustment" See: Adjustments
Install or Connect
1. Screws after positioning passenger air mix valve actuator.
2. Tighten screws to 1.4 Nm (12 lb.in.).
3. Electrical connector.
4. Temperature valve link rod.
5. I/P compartment by pushing forward.
