Wiper Blade: Service and Repair
Wiper Blade Element Replacement

Description

Remove or Disconnect

1. Wiper blade assembly (10) from wiper arm assembly (9).

Important: Wiper blade element must be replaced if removed from wiper blade assembly.

2. Wiper blade element (11) by pulling out through wiper blade assembly claws (L).

Install or Connect

1. Wiper blade element (11) in wiper blade assembly (10).

Slide wiper blade element (11) through wiper blade assembly claws (L) until claw (L) is locked into notches (K) in wiper blade element (11).

2. Wiper blade assembly (10) to wiper arm assembly (9).

Important: Be sure element is secure in all claw sets and that element moves back and forth freely as wiper blade assembly flexes.

3. Operate wipers and check for proper operation.
