Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
Right Side (Rear)
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect spark plug wires from spark plugs and position aside.
3. Remove transaxle oil level indicator and indicator tube.
4. Disconnect oxygen sensor wire.
5. Remove two right exhaust manifold to crossover pipe attaching bolts.
6. Remove vacuum reservoir from cowl.
7. Raise and support vehicle.
8. Remove exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold retaining nuts, then disconnect exhaust pipe from exhaust manifold.
9. Lower vehicle, then remove engine lift bracket.
10. Remove exhaust manifold attaching bolts and studs, then the manifold.
11. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.
