13. Rear compartment outlet (beltline-horizontal) duct.
14. Body wiring harness connectors from auxiliary heater blower motor and blower motor resistor.
15. Auxiliary heater blower module retaining screws.
16. Heater control vacuum hose from rear temperature valve vacuum actuator. Carefully pull auxiliary heater blower module away from LH body side

frame.

17. Screw supporting heater hose support strap to auxiliary heater blower module.
18. Heater inlet and outlet hoses from heater core.
19. Retaining screws and heater core inlet and outlet pipe clamps.
20. Heater outlet case from auxiliary heater blower module.
21. Heater core clamp and clip.
22. Heater core from auxiliary heater blower module.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Heater core into auxiliary heater blower module.
2. Heater core clamp and clip with retaining screws. Tighten screws to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
3. Heater inlet case to auxiliary heater blower module. Tighten retaining screws to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
4. Heater core outlet and inlet pipe clamps. Tighten retaining screws to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
5. eater inlet/outlet hoses to heater core pipes.
6. Heater hose support strap to auxiliary heater blower module with screw and tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb in). Position auxiliary heater blower module

next to LH body side frame.

7. Heater control vacuum hose to rear temperature valve vacuum actuator.
8. Auxiliary heater blower module retaining screws and tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb in).
9. Body wiring harness connector to auxiliary heater blower motor and blower motor resistor.

10. Rear compartment outlet (beltline-horizontal) and (B-pillar) ducts. Tighten retaining screws to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
11. Route driver's seat belt assembly through LH center pillar/quarter lower trim finish panel and position panel into vehicle.
12. Body wiring harness connector to rear fan - rear control and rear fan - rear control (with ashtray) to LH center pillar/quarter lower trim finish

panel.

13. LH center pillar/quarter lower trim finish panel retaining screws and tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb in).
14. Position LH body lock pillar trim finish panel into vehicle.
15. LH body lock pillar trim finish panel retaining screws and tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb in).
16. LH rear wheelhouse and quarter upper trim finish panels.
17. Seat belt upper anchor bolts to LH body lock and center pillars with J-29843-9. Tighten to 42 Nm (31 lb ft). Close seat belt guide cover on LH

upper second row seat belt guide.

18. Driver's seat belt lower anchor plate onto driver's seat anchor stud and secure with anchor nut. Tighten to 27 Nm (20 lb ft).
19. Second row seat anchor trim plates and tighten retaining nuts to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
20. Second row seating.
21. LH front side door sill trim plate and tighten retaining screws to 2 Nm (18 lb in).
22. Refill engine coolant.
