Fig. 22 Radiator Removal
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove air cleaner and duct assembly.
3. Drain coolant.
4. Remove engine strut brace bolts from upper tie bar and rotate strut and brace rearward. To prevent shearing of rubber bushing loosen bolts on
engine strut before swinging strut.
5. Disconnect electrical connection from fan, Fig. 21.
6. Remove fan mounting bolts and fan.
7. Remove upper radiator mounting panel bolts, Fig. 22.
8. Remove clamps from upper and lower hoses at radiator.
9. Disconnect low coolant sensor electrical connector and remove sensor.
10. Disconnect transaxle oil cooler lines from radiator.
11. Remove radiator.
12. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.
