Radio

1.

 Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

 Remove screws securing instrument cluster bezel, then pull bezel away from instrument panel to disengage retaining clips.

3.

 Disconnect electrical connectors and remove cluster bezel.

4.

 Remove screws securing ECC panel and radio brackets to instrument panel and pull assembly away from panel.

5.

 Disconnect electrical connectors, noting position for installation, then remove ECC panel and radio assembly.

6.

 Remove nuts securing Radio to brackets, then the radio.

7.

 Reverse procedure to install.

Console Mounted Tape Player & Booster

1.

 Disconnect battery ground cable, then carefully pull trim plate from console.

2.

 Lift out shift indicator assembly and disconnect bulbs from indicator.

3.

 Remove screws securing console mounting plate.

4.

 Disconnect electrical connectors and remove mounting plate assembly.

5.

 Remove nuts securing tape player or booster to mounting plate and remove components as required.

6.

 Reverse procedure to install, pressing console trim plate into retaining clip until trim plate is secured.
