Interference of the coin/cup holder with console wiring.

Distorted coin/cup mounting plate.
^
Defective coin/cup mounting plate.
To repair this condition use the following procedure:
1.
Remove console trim plate.
2.
Remove shift indicator assembly.
3.
Remove coin/cup mounting plate assembly.
4.
Refer to trouble tree. (Figure 1)
