After the oil has been changed the message should be reset by pressing the "ENG DATA" and "GAGE" buttons on the IPC simultaneously for several
seconds (as if entering diagnostics). During this time the "Oil Life Reset" message will be displayed.
NOTE: The "ENG DATA" and "GAGE" buttons must be held simultaneously until the "Oil Life Index 100" message appears. This will reset the oil
life index. The "Change Oil" message will remain off until the next oil change is needed.
