Using a 10 mm (25/64) drill bit, enlarge the five support bracket mounting holes in the floor panel

WARNING:
Extra care should be taken in order to prevent drilling through the inside floor insulator and carpet. Use a drill bit "stop" as shown.

Apply a coating of rustproofing compound or touch-up paint to the drilled holes

Insert the caged nuts (PIN 6941.60) in the floor panel and lock them in place by spreading both slits on the outer cage of the nut

Cut and drill out the original plastic clip retainer on support brackets (P/N 4018.42); assemble as shown:

Place a flat washer (P/N 0205.14) over the stud of each of the five rubber bushings (4) and apply a coating of Silicone Sealer between the
washer and floor panel

Tighten rubber bushing/support bracket assembly onto the floor panel caged nuts and align with cooler line (5)

Cut the end loop of the cooler line where it begins to curve for the final loop, as shown:

Remove burrs from edges of cooler line and clean off any traces of undercoating for at least 75 mm from the cuts

Flare both ends of the cooler line using a flaring set such as Snap On ref. TFM428
