PMA may require the return of brake rotors replaced under warranty. This

component must be properly stored along with your green copy of the warranty claim inserted into the material tag envelope and attached to the part.

Should the component be requested for inspection, notification will appear next to the credited part number on your Warranty Statement, the component
must be returned within 15 days of payment being issued.
